Steam Romance
A steam punk kit with a different twist. This one is really pretty. Called Steam Punk Romance and is designed by Michelle Myth's. You can get this kit and her work at Scrap Candy

Mask of choice.
New image and open element frame 4 edit copy and paste as a new layer on your new image. Magic wand and select inside the middle of your frame choose a paper of choice invert and delete. Move under frame. Now move your tube under the frame. Duplicate it and bring it to the top. Erase the bits hanging over the frame.
Choose another paper of choice place behind your frame and go to layers new mask from image and merge together your mask and paper.
Element 18 arrange on both sides of your frame.
Element 31 lower middle left hand side.
Chair element 17 lower left side of frame and open these elements 56 and 57 arrange next to your chair.
Element 64 move to the upper right hand side of your frame.
Elements 14 and 30 arrange down toward the bottom part of your frame.
Last open element 24 move to the lower right side and give it a small rotate of 25.00 to the right.
Now add your name and copy right information.
