Sweet Curves
Love this kit designed by Kissed by Kelz. It's called Sweet Baby Blue and matches Arthur Crowe's tube. You can get kit and tube

Open the template and re size it the way you want. Now go threw all the layers and the papers that you want.
Move the word art off to the right hand side and also give it a rotate of 25.00 to the left.
Add the rose underneath the word art.
On some of the circles like the back one i went to selections select all and float, defloat and select selections border outside 5 checked and pick a color of your choosing. And then add adjust add/ remove noise 10 gaussian checked and mono checked.
Now move your tube to the middle of the template.
Open fabric flower and move to the upper left hand and behind your tube.
Lips left side and rotate 25.00 to the left.
Hand bag, lipstick and blush arrange in the lower left hand side of your tube.
Heart move it on the right side in the circle. Then add bow 3 image mirror and arrange on top of that circle.
Last add sparkles 2 and move it behind on the big circle layer.
Add name and copy right information.
