Choose paper 6 and move your tube to the lower part of paper.

Open element 42 move to the lower left hand side duplicate image mirror and merge them together.

In the lower right hand corner arrange these elements 43, 4 and 11. 

Element 18 arrange it a little behind the cup cake.

Bow element 40 arrange it on the lower part and add element 19 in the middle of the bow.

Element 17 and element 49 arrange on the lower right hand side.

Now open the word art Chocolate and move it above adding a small gradient glow of white. 

Last open element 41 and put in the middle of the word art.

Now add your name and copy right information.
