Plug in jeans used from penta. 

New image and open element frame 12 edit copy and paste as a new layer on your new image. Select inside the middle with magic wand and choose a paper of choice. Invert and delete. Move under frame. 

Now move your tube to the middle. I am using one with a close up. 

Open element 18 move to the bottom of your tube duplicate image mirror and merge those two together.

Element 2 move to the middle of the clouds.

Element 14 move to the left side of your tube and move behind. Duplicate image mirror and move up on the right just a bit.

Element 6 move it behind your frame. Duplicate image flip.

Pocket element 8 move to the left hand side middle and just behind your tube. Add the flower element 5 move it in the middle of the pocket. I merged them together. And now add element 77 and place it on the pocket.

Flower element 9 upper right hand side of the frame.

Element 40 move to the left and behind your frame. Duplicate it again image mirror and move down just a bit on your right. 

Last open element 84 and place it in front of the clouds. I gave it a small drop shadow. 

Add your name. On the jeans plug in i used the default settings. And give it a small gradient glow also. 

Now add your copy right information.
