Seasons Greetings
A fun scrap kit called You've Been Naughty designed by Kissed by Kelz. It's great for those Naughty tubes. You can get the scrap kit

Mask of choice.
New image and open the card it copy and paste as a new layer on your new image. Magic wand and select inside the middle. Choose a paper of choice invert and delete. Move under frame.
Now choose another paper of choice move behind your card layers new mask from image and merge together your mask and paper.
I am using a tube with a close up layer. Move it under your card and paper. Re size it till you have the size you want it.
Open the lights and place on the left and right side of the card.
Add the lips stick mark in the upper left hand side of the card.
Garland bottom of your frame duplicate image mirror.
Now add your name and copy right information.
