New image and use element frame 3 edit copy and paste as a new layer on your new image. Rotate it 90.00 to the right. Select inside the middle choose a paper of choice invert and delete. Move under frame. 

Now move your tube to the middle of your frame.

Element 46 upper left side and behind your frame. Duplicate image mirror and merge together. Duplicate image flip.

Element 65 lower left and move slightly to the middle.

Element 68 image rotate it 90.00 to the right all layers checked and move it to the lower left hand side.

Element 46 splatter upper left and behind frame duplicate image mirror and merge. Duplicate again image flip.

Tag element 24 lower right hand side and arrange it to how you want and add element 37.

Add name and copy right information.
