New image and use element frame 6 edit copy and paste as a new layer on your new image. Magic wand and select inside the middle. Choose a paper of choice invert and delete. Move under frame. 

Now move your tube under neath the frame duplicate and bring that one to the top. Erase the bits hanging over the tube.

Doodle element 9 image mirror and place it behind your frame. Duplicate image flip. Merge together and duplicate image mirror.

Flower element 5 left hand side duplicate image mirror.

Star element 8 upper left hand side. Duplicate image mirror. Merge together duplicate again image flip.

Stocking element 24 left hand side and add the candy element 38. I erased a part of the candy cane to make it look like it's in the stocking.

Element 37 lower left hand side. Use elements 17 and 12 arrange to your liking.

Elements 22 and 48 move to the lower right hand side. 

Bell element 49 upper right hand side.

Add name and copy right information.
