Mermaid Kisses
Beautiful scrap designed by Kissed by Kelz called Mermaid Kisses and Starfish wishes. I just love the colors in this kit. You can get it

Mask of choice i am using one by Vix Big Mask 018.
Open a new image and use bubbles frame edit copy and paste as a new layer on your new image select inside the middle with magic wand and choose a paper of choice. Invert and delete move under frame.
Choose another paper of choice and place it behind your frame layers new mask from image and merge together your mask and paper.
Take your tube and move it in the middle of your frame.
Rock move it under your tube.
anemone upper right hand side of your frame.
Anemone 1 lower left hand side of your frame.
Anemone 2 and 3 lower left side and right side.
Bubbles upper left side duplicate image mirror merge together and then duplicate again image flip. Duplicate one more time image rotate 90 to the left.
From here add any other elements that you wish.
Name and copy right information.
