Bad Mamma

New image and choose a paper of choice. I choose 9.
City scape move to the left and duplicate image mirror. Move your tube over to the left. I duplicated mine bottom layer adjust blur gaussian blur 3.00 and top layer change blend mode to over lay.
Motorcycle place on the right side in front of cityscape and add the money bags in front of the motorcycle.
Now use the cellphone and move slightly to the left of your tube image rotate 25.00 to the left.
Star sparkles upper left hand corner adjust sharpen duplicate image mirror then merge those two together.
Dollar sign it goes in the upper right hand corner.
Use the eye and move it to the upper left hand corner.
Add your name and copy right information.
