New 650 by 650 transparent image frame 2 open and paste as a new layer. Magic wand and select inside the frame choose paper of choice and invert and delete move under frame.

Behind your frame place different fire works that you like. 

Place your tube off to the left side of your frame.

Choose the banner and move to the left hand side duplicate image mirror and merge those two together. Move it to the top part of the frame.

Now add any elements you wish to and word art. 

Add your name and copy right information.
