New image 650 by 650 transparent select frame 1 paste as a new layer use your magic wand and select inside the middle. Choose a paper of choice invert and delete. Move under. Merge together your frame and paper.

Tube i moved mine off to the side of the left just a bit.

Use glitter mask 1, 2 and 4 place behind the frame. Merge those 3 together duplicate image flip.

America love word art place it on the right side of your tube give it small gradient glow. 

Choose a couple fire works and place them above the word art. 

Butterfly place on left behind tube image rotate 25.00 

lollipop and cake also add and give the lolli a 25.00 to the left.

Add the dog and place next to your tube. 

Fire work hat place next to dog. 

Add your name and copy right information.
